4.7% ABV | 10 IBU | No-Li Brewhouse Spokane, WA • Brewed using 10 percent rice, 82 percent pilsner malt, and 8 percent other/specialty malt. Add to that Sorachi Ace hops–a hop variety originally developed in Japan for Sapporo.

8.5% ABV | Bellingham Cider Company | Bellingham, WA • Ripe and delicious Guava blended with our Washington Apples combines into a wild and tropic cider.

4.5% ABV | 20 IBU | Chuckanut Brewery | Bellingham, WA • In the city of Cologne, they drink and brew Kolsch Beer, and the brewers’ guild has protected it since 1254. Kölsch is a top-fermented ale, a throwback to the days before lagers took over the Germanic world. Kölsch offers the simple pleasures of a well-crafted beer. It is very pale, the aromatics are a light mélange of hops, malt, and fruit. The Kölsch Beer maintains a bitterness that is quite restrained, although the palate is light-bodied and bone-dry, with a soft malt flavor in the center giving way to a drying, slightly acidic finish. Smoothness is conferred by one to two months of cold conditioning. Kölsch makes an excellent replacement for Stella Artois beer drinkers! Subtle flavors with a unique yeast strain direct from Cologne make this an authentic Kölsch-style beer.

4.1% ABV | 10 IBU | Postdoc Brewing Company | Redmond, WA • We’re headed out for a second semester abroad. Inspired by the refreshing Agua Fresca drinks of Mexico we combine a crushable base beer with a kiss of mango, guava, and key lime. Just as thirst quenching, now even more tropical and fruity.

6.8% ABV | 80 IBU | Wander Brewing | Bellingham, WA • Over 50 lbs. of hops go into each batch of this golden orange colored rye IPA, creating a big citrusy treat. The addition of rye adds complexity to the flavor, including a crisp spiciness on the palate. Hops include Washington-grown Citra, Centennial, Summit, a healthy late kettle addition, and dry hop of whole cone Ahtanum.

6.7% ABV | 65 IBU | Buoy Beer Company | Astoria, OR • Big, malty, hoppy. Five malt varieties commingle to create a dark red color with a balanced malt base. Late kettle additions and dry-hopping with Ultra and Sterling hops bring out the NW Red's defining character. A lot's happening under the surface here; like it is with the mighty Columbia River, rolling right outside our window.

6.4% ABV | 40 IBU | Wander Brewing | Bellingham, WA • Higher gravity than a standard stout but not of imperial strength, our foreign extra stout is built on rich and roasty British malts and balanced out with a healthy addition of hops.
